I did not venture out into any new genres this year - I am a creature of habit and being able to find so many titles in the genres I do enjoy I guess I don't have any great need to look further afield.
My favourite book from the challenge was Kylie Kaden's debut novel Losing Kate. As well as loving the Brisbane/Queensland setting, the story really grabbed me. In saying that though I enjoyed pretty much all the books I read and it was great to read the most recent installments of several well known authors.
Thanks to all those who take the time to read and comment on reviews and/or connect in other ways. It is great that there are lots of people out there looking for Australian fiction to read and who appreciate the effort you put into making it accessible for readers to find. Here's to another great year of reading and reviewing in 2015.
